As User Experience Architect at TBWA Berlin I worked on multiple projects for multinational healthcare company F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG.

Problem

TBWA wanted to offer a full redesign for the Pharma section of Roche.de. No insights about the complexity and quantity was available.

Solution

To quantify the dimensions of the site and get an idea about the different templates, illustrations, embedded apps, and such I created sitemap in Omnigraffle:

  5. Collaborating with designers and developers: The UX architect works closely with designers and developers to ensure that the user experience is consistent with the product's objectives, and that it is technically feasible to implement.
  6. Conducting usability testing: The UX architect conducts usability testing to gather feedback from users and to identify areas for improvement.
